Why Simple Habits Often Last the Longest
Every year, new wellness trends appear, promising fast results and dramatic changes. While some ideas can be helpful, I've found that the habits which last are usually the simplest ones. They don't require a complete lifestyle overhaul—they just become part of everyday life.
